Andy is a native of Los Angeles who studied film & writing at the University of Southern California and worked as a television producer, director and editor for many years. First licensed as an agent in California in 1992, Andy has actively invested in both California and Nevada properties since. He received a real estate license in Nevada in 2006 and reactivated his California license in 2007 to practice real estate full time. Andy is also a performing musician and he lives in Venice Beach with his wife Veronica who is an agent with Bulldog Realtors. They love to travel and have recently attended auto races in Montreal & Monaco on the International Formula One circut.
